Working temperature: -100~550 (℃);

Hardness: around HRC30;


1. TC4 thermal expansion coefficient:


TC4 titanium alloy has a series of advantages such as excellent corrosion resistance, low density, high specific strength, good toughness and weldability, and has been successfully applied in aerospace, petrochemical, shipbuilding, automotive, pharmaceutical and other departments.


2. Mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy: specified residual elongation stress σ R0.2/MPa ≥ 825, elongation δ 5 (%) ≥ 10;


3. TC4 titanium alloy density: 4.5 (g/cm3);


4. Chemical composition of TC4 titanium alloy: TC4 contains residual titanium (Ti), iron (Fe) ≤ 0.30, carbon (C) ≤ 0.10, nitrogen (N) ≤ 0.05, hydrogen (H) ≤ 0.015, oxygen (O) ≤ 0.20, aluminum (Al) 5.5-6.8, vanadium (V) 3.5-4.5;


5. TC4 titanium alloy density: 4.5 (g/cm3) working temperature -100~550 (℃);


6. Chemical composition: TC4 contains residual titanium (Ti), iron (Fe) ≤ 0.30, carbon (C) ≤ 0.10, nitrogen (N) ≤ 0.05, hydrogen (H) ≤ 0.015, oxygen (O) ≤ 0.20, aluminum (Al) 5.5-6.8, vanadium (V) 3.5-4.5;


7. TC4 titanium alloy heat treatment: mpa, after solid solution strengthening treatment, the strength of TC4 material does not increase significantly, reaching 1100MPa, and the strength is generally 900MPa in the annealed state.
